Join Voyageurs Conservancy, Voyageurs National Park, National Parks Conservation Association, Koochiching Historical Society, Rainy Lake Sportsfishing Association and other local community partners for a lively celebration of the park’s 50th anniversary!
Bring a picnic lunch and enjoy this fun-filled day of family-friendly activities including birthday treats, live music, fishing off the pier, guided North Canoe rides with National Park Rangers, a hands-on community art project, and more.
Families who take part in the art project are also invited to showcase their creations by marching with Voyageurs National Park in the International Falls 4th of July Parade!
This event is free and does not require advance tickets, but prior registration is appreciated to help us plan!

We expect the Rainy Lake Visitor Center parking lots to fill up during the event. There will be volunteers and NPS Rangers to help with safe parking alongside the road, but please drive slowly and walk with extra caution.
